Breath Empowerment is a guided 40-minute Breath Powered MeditationTM where the body, brain and every cell is flooded with life giving oxygen. This is not "boring meditation". You will not be watching your breath for a decade hoping to catch a glimpse of whatever the Buddha saw under that tree.
